Dry red, unfiltered, for very long ageing, Alc. 13.9%
Terroir: Jugaurs
Fermentation: 7 weeks, at 11.5degrees Celsius, with no contact with the atmospheric oxigen
Ageing: 18 months in new Romanian oak barrels
Organoleptics: Nose- very complex, with delicate floral touches of plantain weed, violets and roses confiture over which superpose a carnal note and a mineral note of warm flint.
Taste: Strong attack, with a sweet illusion (the wine is dry -2 gr of residual sugar/liter).The wine is fresh and lively with the round strawberry taste, green apples and nuts that leave in the aftertaste a unctuous sensation of hazelnuts enjoyed in a red, juicy fruit tart. The long, expresive "finale" makes one thinking of another category - the more complex and "more red" wines (Razvan Jurca)
