Fermentation: 4 weeks, manual cap punching (pigeage)
Ageing: 12 months in new Romanian oak barrels
Organoleptics: deep red color, smooth, medium to full bodied, long, reminding of plum and wild cherries jam with accents of chocolate and coffee, black pepper and exotic woods. Decant and aerate for at least 15 –30 minutes
Storage: 12degrees Celsius, 7-9 years
